Choose another calendar. Give it a try.

Awesome Calendar user iCal’s database. iCal is built-in calendar in iPhone.
Check your iCal whether it work well or not. If iCal don’t work well, Awesome Calendar will be same. Because Awesome Calendar use iCal’s DB.
